Human Resources Management System Analyst 1

We are looking for someone to join our team as an Human Resources Management System Analyst supporting Human Resources functions within our global HR Shared Services environment. The position is responsible for the analysis, documentation, and verification of system requirements for projects involving HR functions, HR Systems, and/or HR data.

 

  • May lead system and/or user acceptance training, identify test scenarios, test scripts, test cases, reviews test results, develop training based on results and participate in facilitating training sessions as required.
  • Develops and/or maintains user documentation and departmental policies and procedures that impact the use of HR systems.
  • Maintains data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. 
  • Bridges the gap between technology providers and business owners to support the delivery of business and technology solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • May lead or assist other projects as team member, ensuring research, testing, documentation and successful implementation of project.
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools.
  • May lead small functional projects.
  • Ensures that technology solutions meet the needs of the business.
  • Create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation during releases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes, and enhancements.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Level Degree in Information Systems or a similar field, plus 2 years minimum of system administrator related work experience; or at least 6 years of equivalent work experience
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a technical aptitude
  • Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Possess service mindset and ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to exercise initiative and make decisions with little or no supervision and be accountable for such actions
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of Human Resources Management Systems
  • Working knowledge of applicable SAP software applications (SuccessFactors, Employee Central, SAP R/3)
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers
