HRMS Analyst

Position Overview:

We are hiring an HR Analyst who is an individual contributor with experience in HR operations processes. The primary focus of this position is the global support of SAP and other HR Systems such as Fieldglass, HRMS Service Now, SmartStaff, etc. This position is globally responsible for the analysis, documentation, implementation, verification, troubleshooting, API and Interface maintenance of system requirements for projects involving HR functions, HR Systems, and/or HR data. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders to identify, define, and clarify the scope of complex business/systems requirements
  • Gather requirements from subject matter experts and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Lead system and/or user acceptance testing, identify test scenarios, test scripts and reviews results
  • Collaborates with leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and make recommendations to improve processes and efficiency
  • Assist in troubleshooting the root cause of system and operational issues, analyze data, and recommend solutions
  • Develops training and participates in facilitating end user training sessions as required.
  • Develops and/or maintains user documentation and departmental policies and procedures that impact the use of HR systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes, and enhancements
  • Supports mass HR data uploads
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

 

Basic Skills and Qualifications:

  • Related Bachelor Level Degree plus 2 years minimum of system administrator related work experience OR 6 years of demonstrated and related experience in lieu of degree
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, determine the cause and recommend solutions
  • Working knowledge of key HR functions to include Employment, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Payroll, and Relocation
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple project simultaneously
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Possess service mindset and ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to exercise initiative and make decisions with little or no supervision and be accountable for such actions
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Previous systems implementation experience is preferred
