Job Summary:
The Technical Analyst will have strong analytics, data knowledge, functional process and technical experience. This person will analyze Analytics and reporting needs, and later debug, troubleshoot, and support data models. The Technical Analyst will work with IT Leads, Business users and Supply Chain team members to understand and evaluate functional requirements, issues, and solutions.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.#LI-CS1
Major Responsibilities:
- Involved in resolving day-to-day user issues for the smooth functioning of business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements.
- Strong experience in research, troubleshoot, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation under general supervision.
- Applies thorough functional and technical knowledge and understanding of business applications, process and data required to facilitate the development of supporting knowledge architecture and standards.
- Assist in component and data architecture design, software, production evaluation, and buy/build recommendations.
- Possess expertise in architecture development and application planning methodologies, as well as extensive knowledge of enterprise business and decision-making processes.
- Strong team skills to gain credibility with business users, stakeholders, and must possess the ability to work with other Digital Delivery team members to ensure solid cross-functional decisions are made by the team.
- Design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot programs, reports, dashboards and applications.
- Provides support in configuration and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle.
- Prepare Oracle Functional Testing documents and Unit test documents for the related areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Information Systems or other related degrees and 5-8 years of relative experience or 9-12 years relative work experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong experience in research, troubleshooting, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge and experience with Oracle eBusiness applications, particularly in modules like Purchasing, Procurement, Sourcing, and iSupplier.
- Experience in designing and developing dashboards using Power BI.
- Ability to analyze data and create reports/dashboards for distribution to end users.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements.
- Strong team skills to gain credibility with business users and stakeholders.
- Effective communication skills to work with other team members and ensure solid cross-functional decisions.
- Ability to design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications.
- Experience in data analysis and logical design.
- Capability to provide support in configuration and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle

- Should have knowledge/experience in working with Oracle-on-Oracle Standard issues.
- Should be able to handle issues independently with minimum supervision.
- Should have good knowledge in Oracle Application Technical Architecture.
- Should have good experience in Testing Documentation
