Responsibilities include evaluation and monitoring of EPC schedules, identification of impacts and risks, support of recovery planning efforts, and preparation of schedule reporting and analysis, including Primavera P6 schedule quality metrics.

The role also supports EPC planning studies, forecasting activities, and problem-solving initiatives to promote alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction execution.

  • Interfaces with Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, and Project Controls teams to communicate subcontractor schedule performance, risks, and required corrective actions.
  • Ensures subcontractor schedules appropriately reflect procurement scope, material availability, and project execution planning requirements.
  • Integrates interdisciplinary EPC procurement and construction constraints into evaluation of subcontractor work sequences and forecasts.
