Project Overview:
Bechtel Manufacturing and Technology (M&T) is an exciting and growing business that serves the increasing demand of EPC services for customers in the Data Centers, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical and Electric Vehicle (batteries, charging infrastructure, and production), markets.

Job Summary:
In this role, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Procore Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on Procore experience at a superuser level. Two years of hands-on experience with Hexagon Smart Completions include setting up, tracking, and auditing project data in digital systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and developing custom workflows, supporting project teams, and enabling our project teams through robust initial training and personalized one-on-one support. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and technical problem-solving abilities who can serve as the go-to expert for Procore within our organization. The Procore Administrator will provide technical support, training, and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Major Responsibilities:
- Implementation and Configuration: Manage enterprise-wide roll out. Oversee the initial setup and configuration of Procore for new projects. Customize Procore modules and workflows to meet project-specific requirements. Integrate Procore with other software systems used by the company as needed.
- User Support and Training: Provide ongoing technical support to all Procore users. Develop and conduct training sessions for new users and ongoing training for existing users. Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and best practice documentation. Create custom reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- System Maintenance and Updates: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Stay updated on Procore updates and new features, implementing changes as necessary. Ensure data integrity and consistency within the Procore platform.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures within Procore. Analyze project data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Administration, Compliance, and Security: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding data security and project documentation. Manage user access and permissions to maintain system security. Configure and maintain Procore settings to optimize company-level workflows.

- Supports the suite of Startup Automation applications on the jobsite.
- Evaluate different tools and selects suitable software solutions to meet the needs of our end users with a bias for finding long term solutions that can be applied across multiple projects rather than short term fixes.
- Establishes data requirements for the startup automation tools in accordance with the project automation plan, designing/developing workflows, forms, and templates for automation tools.
- Conduct training and mentoring of Global Business Unit (GBU) and project super users on Software Automation tools
- Assists with functional project automation support to ensure startup applications comply with Startup work-processes and procedures.
- Customizes applications and reports (e.g., SmartCompletions, Q4Safety, PowerBl, SQL server reporting services (SSRS), etc.) to support startup reporting requirements.
- Prepares test plans, migration plans, job aids, and new release forms for new versions of startup automation tools before they are released for use.
- Acts as startup automation main point of contact during construction, commissioning, and turnover phases of the project.
- Develop relationships across integrated team, contractors, and third parties.
- Supports reviews of performance curves, metrics, trackers, and user feedback to show trends, and use in improvements.
- Recommends adjustments in coordination with the Project Startup Manager, Project Field Engineer, and Site Manager.
- Manages output data and prepares startup reports with direction from GBU Startup Manager.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum of 1-2 years serving as a Procore Administrator.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills for coordination with engineering, operations, and client teams.
- Proficiency in using Procore construction management software.
- Experience with Commissioning Software (Smart Completions) and/or Digital Software.
- Experience in commissioning or a technical consulting field such as facility design, engineering, construction management or related area.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills with a focus on mentorship and accountability.
- Ability to conduct effective training sessions and create instructional materials.
- Identifies owner’s goals, needs, and expectations for building operation and function; identifies the commissioning responsibilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Project Controls quantity tracking and reporting processes.
- Leadership or Supervisory experience, ideally leading a Construction Automation Team.
- Experience with or exposure to Hexagon’s Smart Completions Software.
