Bechtel is seeking a GCC Integration Engineer for the Texas High Speed Rail Project located in Dallas, TX. This position will begin as a short term assignment and will transition to long term. This individual will be responsible for;

:

  • Overseeing the design development activities of the General Control Center (GCC) by Team Japan
  • Complying with the Project’s Safety, Health and Environmental requirements;
  • Adhering to the Project’s construction budget and schedule;
  • Ensuring compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements; and
  • Working closely with the other Core Systems Engineers and Team Japan on the development of the GCC for Texas HSR.

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university along with 10 years’ experience working Signaling / Train Control / GCC
  • Prior knowledge of Signaling / Train Control / GCC is essential
  • Must have the right to work and remain in the US.

 

Additional Qualifications:

 

  • Good knowledge of integration of human factors and tasks / workflows mapping
  • Demonstrated technical writing, data management, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent team membership and interpersonal skills
