Project Overview:

Job Summary:
Lead craft timekeeping at the project site to ensure accurate payroll and compliance with wage bulletins, union and/or labor agreements, and any applicable prevailing wage laws. Manage eTrack setup and daily operations, manage the timekeeping team, and coordinate with Industrial/Labor Relations. Responsibilities include reconciling time records, approving hours for payroll, and supporting certified payroll reporting and audits.
Major Responsibilities:
- Execute and coordinate daily timekeeping activities for union craft labor, ensuring accurate time and attendance capture in project systems.
- Perform timesheet reconciliation and resolve discrepancies to support timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Maintain employee data, crew assignments, and badge/timeclock functions, including onboarding support for craft professionals.
- Ensure compliance with union labor agreements, payroll rules, and company procedures.
- Interface with Construction, Labor Relations, and Project Accounting to resolve timekeeping and labor reporting issues.
- Prepare and issue routine labor and attendance reports to support cost tracking and workforce management.
- Support payroll billing, reconciliation, and compliance reporting requirements, including certified payroll as applicable.
- Provide day-to-day support to craft professionals and supervisors on timekeeping and pay inquiries.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends/holidays.
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service background.
