Project Overview:
The Djerdap 3 Pumped Storage Hydropower Project is a large-scale, complex infrastructure development located in Eastern Serbia along the Danube River, being developed for the Government of Serbia. The project involves the design and development of an approximately 1800 MW pumped storage scheme comprising major underground and surface works, including high dams, long transfer tunnels, vertical shafts, and a cavern-based powerhouse. The scheme will provide significant energy storage capacity, supporting grid stability and renewable integration in the region. The project is currently in the FEED stage, encompassing site investigations, feasibility studies, environmental and social impact assessments, and execution planning. It is being progressed under a government-to-government framework, with a structured pathway from FEED to EPC delivery. The development presents complex engineering, environmental, and stakeholder coordination challenges typical of large hydropower infrastructure projects.

- Ensure engineering deliverables comply with applicable codes, standards, and project quality requirements.
- Maintain coordination with document control systems (e.g., Aconex/ACC) and ensure proper documentation and traceability of engineering outputs.
- Prepare engineering progress reports, dashboards, and inputs for project reviews and decision-making.
- Support constructability reviews and ensure engineering solutions align with construction methodology and sequencing.
- Contribute to value engineering, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
